Digital items are typically delivered within 1โ€“3 business days after payment confirmation, while physical items may take 5โ€“7 business days depending on location.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an official confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing estimated delivery details.

5. Tracking Information

For physical orders, tracking details will be shared once your parcel has been dispatched via courier.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as courier issues, technical errors, or client-side approval delays. We will always notify clients of any expected delays in advance.

7. Incorrect Information

Clients are required to verify receipt of digital files or physical goods within 48 hours of delivery. Any issues must be reported promptly for resolution.

9. International Deliveries

For international clients, only digital file delivery is available. Physical items are shipped domestically within Pakistan only.

10. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged or incomplete delivery, please report it within 3 working days. We will review the claim and resend or replace the item if applicable.
