This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which FAHAD AMINA ENTERPRISES provides refunds for digital marketing and advertising services. By engaging our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable only when a client has made a full or partial advance payment and services have not yet commenced.

2. Service-Based Nature

Since our work involves customized digital marketing campaigns, refunds are generally not available once the project has started or deliverables have been shared.

3. Client Cancellation

If a client cancels a project before any work has begun, a full refund may be issued after administrative deductions (if any).

4. Delayed Projects

If project delays occur due to our internal issues, clients may request either a refund or service credit for future campaigns.

5. Client Non-Response

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 15 days during the project, no refund will be issued, and the project will be considered completed.

6. Unsatisfactory Results

Marketing outcomes may vary based on several factors outside our control. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on performance dissatisfaction alone.

7. Technical Errors or Billing Issues

In the case of duplicate transactions, incorrect billing, or technical errors, a full refund will be issued within 7 working days after verification.

8. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be approved for projects that are canceled mid-way, depending on the amount of work already completed.

9. Mode of Refund

Refunds are processed through the same payment method used for the original transaction (Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash).

10. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval.
